Workout Logs and Tracking Great Workouts!

Logging workouts are a very important aspect to achieving your greatest body ever. They help you track goals, reach goals, and make new goals. In this article I will post a sample log that you can cut and paste onto your computer and then print out as many as you like so that you can track workouts each day. They are very simple, yet very precise. They go over what mood you are in during your workout, location of your workout, weight, whether you did cardio or not, length of your workout, and any comments you want to write down about your workout that day. It is good to track these things because say for example you had great energy one day and you lifted more weight then usual…well you will be able to see if it is because you were in a great mood that day or an angry mood that day. You might see that on the day you do cardio that your mood is better or your workouts are longer and full of intense energy. You will be able to figure out exactly why you have good workouts and bad workouts and hopefully be able to make everyday a great workout through these workout logs.
